Screen: a day's Schedule (website)

One day of a trip, opened from its Dates: a navigator pill with arrows for the previous and next day, then the day's stops in time order, each with its icon coloured by logging progress. Tap a stop to open its details, Log Assets and Map; press and hold or ··· for its menu.

Partly ProWebsite only

This isn’t in the iPhone app; it’s on the website.

A day's Schedule lists every stop of that day in the order it happens, each in its own local time. It opens when you tap a day on a trip's Dates.

How to recognise it

The trip bar's back button names the trip, and the large title is the day's location (or the trip's name) with the day's name under it. Below is a rounded navigator pill: ‹ and › at either end, a map pin and a notes icon on the left, the date in the middle with Day N of M, and a pencil on the right. The stops sit in one grey card, each with a travel icon or a dot on the left, the time above the name, and a small chevron on the right.

A green Add Stop button sits under the list; a people-filter icon appears in the bar with advanced features on. Right-click a stop, or use its ··· once it's open, for its menu.

The green + floats at the bottom right. Press and hold a stop for its menu, or press and hold empty space below the stops for Paste Stop Here.

What's on it

  • The navigator: the arrows move to the day before or after; the map pin opens the day's places (venue, hotel and other places, with Copy Address, Directions, View on Map and Share Place); the notes icon opens Day Notes; the pencil opens Edit Day Details. Edit Day is also in the trip's ··· menu.
  • Show past / Hide past: hides stops that have finished, while some are still to come.
  • A stop row: the icon is grey with nothing assigned, amber while assets are still to log, green when all are logged. The name is green while the stop is happening, muted once past, and italic when a Master Tour stop is unconfirmed. Members show in capitals with "lands in 2 hrs 23 min" for travel. A small bell means you've set a reminder; a blue chevron means the stop has notes.
  • An open stop: airline and route for a flight, Flight Number chips (press one for the flight card: the route map, status, departing and arriving times; it needs Luggage Logger Pro, so on a free account a small PRO badge sits by the label and the press shows what Pro adds), Terminal, Train Operator, Vehicle Details, Booking Reference, Wi-Fi Network and Wi-Fi Password, each with a copy button; Notes editors can type into; a Log list for a flight (Bag Drop, Disembarking, Bag Reclaim) or a train, coach, ferry or drive (Boarding, Disembarking) with "logged/total" counts; then Edit Stop (or View Stop on a Master Tour stop), Map when the stop has an address, the ···, and Log Assets for a plain stop.
  • A stop's menu: Log Assets, Edit Stop, Remind Me 15 mins Before and Custom Reminder… (or Edit Reminder and Remove Reminder), Copy Stop, Paste Stop Here, and in red Delete Stop (not on a Master Tour stop that syncs).
  • Empty states: No stops scheduled; No schedule items for the selected people with Show all.
