It helps if you include:

  • What you were doing and what happened. A screenshot is ideal.
  • Your app version: in the iPhone app, profile button › Settings › About; on the web, Settings › About.
  • Your device and its iOS version, or your browser.
  • The email you sign in with, if you're writing from a different address.

Quick answers

Delete your account and your data

In the iPhone app: tap the profile button at the top left, then Settings. Scroll down to Danger Zone › Delete Account, then tap Continue and Delete My Account.

On the web: open the profile button, then Settings › Danger Zone › Delete Account.

Your account and everything it owns (assets, cases, packs, trips, logs, documents and the photos you uploaded) are deleted from our servers straight away. This can't be undone. Things you added to a profile or trip that belongs to someone else, such as logs on their trips, stay with them. Removing the app from your phone doesn't delete your account.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription, so cancel it with Apple first. Can't sign in? Email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

Manage or cancel Luggage Logger Pro

Pro is billed by Apple, so it's managed in your Apple Account. On your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap your name, then Subscriptions › Luggage Logger Pro. From Luggage Logger you can get to the same place: profile button, then Settings › Account › Manage Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next payment. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple: ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Get Pro back on a new iPhone

Pro belongs to the Apple Account that bought it. Sign in to the App Store with that Apple Account, open Luggage Logger, and Pro usually comes back by itself.

If it doesn't, tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen. To get there: profile button, then Settings › Preferences, turn on Show Advanced Features, then tap Included with Pro under Integrations.

Join a crew with a QR code

Ask the owner or an admin of the profile or trip for its invite code. In the iPhone app it's under Sharing (press and hold the profile in the profile list) or Sharing in a trip's menu.

On your iPhone: tap the profile button at the top left, then Join by QR, and scan the code. Or point the Camera app at it and tap the link that appears.

Anywhere else: open the invite link and choose Continue in browser, or in the web app open the profile button, then Join by Link, and paste it.

You'll see what you're joining, and as what, before anything changes; tap Join to confirm. You need a Luggage Logger account (free) and the code has to be under 7 days old.

Use Luggage Logger on the web

Sign in at luggagelogger.com/app with the same email and password as the iPhone app. It works in an up-to-date browser on a computer or an Android phone, with the same profiles, assets, packs and trips, kept in step as your crew works.

When your browser offers it, Settings › Install Luggage Logger adds it to your device so it opens in its own window. Pro can't be bought on the web yet: subscribe in the iPhone app and it applies on the web too. Master Tour import and notifications are in the iPhone app only.

Forgotten your password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
