Settings isn't a tab: it opens from the profile menu. Tap the profile button at the top left, then Settings. Close it with the X at the top left.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- Account: Name (tap to change your display name), Email, Subscription (Free, Pro, a free trial with its end date, or a complimentary or referral plan until a date; on Free, tapping it opens the Pro screen), Storage (what you've uploaded against your allowance: 250 MB on Free, 5 GB on Pro), Manage Subscription (when you subscribe through the App Store), Refer a Friend and Change Password.
- Notifications: the Logging Activity switch and Manage Notifications (a switch per Profile). See Notifications: what Luggage Logger can send, and how to turn each one off.
- Preferences: Appearance, Weight Unit, Dimension Unit, Clock Format and Show Advanced Features. See Weight and dimension units, clock format and appearance.
- Integrations (only with Show Advanced Features on): Master Tour and AI Connector. Both are part of Pro; on Free they show Included with Pro.
- Cloud Sync: Online or Offline, last sync, what's still syncing, Sync Now, Download All and Clear Local Cache. See Working offline, and how your changes reach other people.
- Data Management (advanced): Export Assets (CSV), Export Trips (CSV), Export Packs (CSV), Import from CSVs and Import Assets (CSV). Part of Pro. See CSV import and export (Pro).
- About: Version and Build (quote these when you write to support), and links to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Help & Support (the help pages; from version 1.0.1, before that the Support page), which open in your browser.
- Danger Zone: Delete Account. See Delete your account and your data.
- Sign Out, at the very bottom.
Website
On the website
Open the profile button, then Settings. The same sections, with these differences:
- Install Luggage Logger appears at the top while your browser (Chrome or Edge) offers to install the app, and shows Installed afterwards.
- Notifications comes after Preferences and holds Notifications on this device, News and offers and Share usage statistics instead of the iPhone's switches.
- Integrations has the AI Connector only; Master Tour is in the iPhone app.
- There's no Cloud Sync section: the website reads straight from your account, so nothing waits in a queue.
- About shows the website's version and build.
Good to know
- Show Advanced Features is per phone or browser. Turning it off hides Integrations and Data Management but removes nothing you've set up.
- Units and the clock format are saved with your account, so they apply wherever you sign in.
