Weights, sizes and times show in the units you choose, everywhere in the app. The choice is in Settings, under Preferences.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- Tap the profile button at the top left, then Settings.
- Under Preferences:
- Appearance: System, Light or Dark.
- Weight Unit: kg or lbs.
- Dimension Unit: mm, cm or inches.
- Clock Format: 12h or 24h.
- Each choice applies as soon as you tap it; there's nothing to save.
Website
On the website
- Open the profile button, then Settings.
- Under Preferences, the same four choices: Appearance, Weight Unit, Dimension Unit and Clock Format.
Good to know
- The weight, dimension and clock settings are saved with your account, so the iPhone app and the website show the same units once they've synced.
- Appearance on the website is kept in that browser only. On the iPhone app it's saved with your account.
- Weights are always stored in kilograms and sizes in millimetres; changing the unit only changes how they're shown, so nothing is rounded away.
- The clock format applies to schedule times, log times and the like; it doesn't change your iPhone's own clock.
- Show Advanced Features, the switch under the units, is about which tools are shown, not units: see Settings, section by section.
