Delete your account and your data

Profile button, then Settings, then Delete Account under Danger Zone, then Continue and Delete My Account. Your account and everything it owns are deleted from the servers straight away. Cancel a Pro subscription with Apple first.

You can delete your account yourself in the iPhone app or on the website. It's immediate and can't be undone.

iPhone app

On the iPhone app

  1. Tap the profile button at the top left, then Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom. Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account.
  3. Read the warning and tap Continue.
  4. On "Are you absolutely sure?", tap Delete My Account.

The app clears its copy of your data from the phone and returns to the sign-in screen.

Website

On the website

  1. Open the profile button, then Settings.
  2. Under Danger Zone, click Delete Account.
  3. Click Continue, then Delete My Account. "Deleting account…" shows until it's done, then you're back at the sign-in page.

Good to know

  • Deleted straight away: your account, its sign-in sessions, and everything it owns: assets, cases, packs, trips, logs, documents and the photos you uploaded. Copies in backups expire within 30 days.
  • Things you added to a Profile or Trip that belongs to someone else, such as logs on their trips, stay with them, no longer linked to you.
  • Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription; it keeps billing until you cancel it in the iPhone's Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel first. See Luggage Logger Pro: what it adds, what it costs and how to subscribe.
  • Removing the app from your phone doesn't delete your account, and neither does signing out.
  • Can't sign in? Email support@luggagelogger.com from the account's address and it will be deleted for you.
  • To keep the account but remove one thing, delete the asset, trip or Profile instead, or archive the Profile.
