Import a tour from Master Tour (Pro)

With Luggage Logger Pro, connect your Master Tour account in Settings › Integrations and import a tour: its days, venues, hotels, notes and schedule become a trip, and flights get their Bag Drop and Bag Reclaim.

ProiPhone app only

This isn’t on the website; it’s in the iPhone app.

Master Tour import brings a tour straight into Luggage Logger as a trip: each day with its name, venue, hotel and notes, and every schedule item as a stop in its own time zone. It needs Luggage Logger Pro and the iPhone app.

iPhone app

On the iPhone app

Connect once:

  1. Open Settings from the profile menu (profile button, top left, then Settings). Turn on Show Advanced Features under Preferences: it's off to begin with, and the Integrations section only shows with it on.
  2. On the Master Tour card, tap Connect & Import. The Connect step asks for your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. Find your API key and secret opens the Master Tour page where you get them.
  3. Tap Connect. Once it says Connected to Master Tour, tap Continue.

Then import a tour (from then on the card's button is Import Tours, and the importer starts at the profile step):

  1. Choose a profile: the profile the trips go into. Tap Continue.
  2. The Tours step lists your tours. Use Search tours, dates or places to find one. Press and hold a tour to hide one you don't need; hidden tours sit under "1 hidden tour" (or more) at the bottom, with Show to bring them back.
  3. Tap a tour to bring it in. Choose its First day and Last day from the two menus, or Select All. Show past dates adds days that have already happened. A tick shows each tour that's coming in, with its dates.
  4. Tap Import (Import 2 Tours with more than one). A ring shows the progress, then Import complete lists the trips, days and stops brought in. Tap Done.

Afterwards the Master Tour card shows Connected (tap it for the connection details and your Linked trips), Import Tours, Sync Now, Auto Check for Updates and when it last synced. Disconnect is at the bottom of that Master Tour sheet: it asks first, and trips you've imported stay.
