Luggage Logger Pro: what it adds, what it costs and how to subscribe

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the iPhone app through Apple, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. It adds Master Tour, the AI connector, live flight data, ATA Carnet lists, CSV import and export, document storage, more than three Profiles of your own and 5 GB of storage. It applies on the website too.

Everything in Luggage Logger is free apart from the tools bigger tours lean on, which are part of Luggage Logger Pro.

What Pro adds

  • Master Tour Sync: import a Master Tour schedule and keep it in step (needs your own Master Tour account).
  • AI Connector: read and update your trips, schedules and packs from Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Live Flight Data: real times, delays, gates and an in-flight map on flight Stops.
  • ATA Carnet Export: customs-ready General Lists from a pack.
  • Document Storage: riders and contracts, synced to the team (adding documents is Pro; reading what's there never is).
  • CSV Import & Export of assets, packs and trips.
  • More than three Profiles of your own. A free account can create three; Profiles shared with you never count.
  • 5 GB of storage for photos and documents instead of 250 MB.

iPhone app

On the iPhone app

  1. Tap the profile button at the top left, then Settings. Under Account, tap Subscription (it says Free). Any PRO badge or Included with Pro button opens the same screen, and so does Add Profile once you own three.
  2. The Luggage Logger Pro screen lists the features, then the two plans: Yearly (pre-selected, with a SAVE n% badge) and Monthly, with the price in your currency.
  3. Tap Start 14-Day Free Trial, or Subscribe if your Apple Account has already had the trial. Apple's purchase sheet completes it.
  4. Afterwards Subscription in Settings shows Pro with its renewal date (or Pro (free trial) and when the trial ends), and a Manage Subscription row appears.

Restore Purchases and Redeem Code (an Apple offer code) are at the bottom of the Pro screen, with links to the Terms and Privacy.

Cancel: tap Manage Subscription in Settings under Account, or open the iPhone's Settings app, your name, then Subscriptions, then Luggage Logger Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next payment; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are Apple's: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Website

On the website

Pro can't be bought on the website yet. A Pro feature shows what it is and a Luggage Logger Pro sheet that says so: subscribe in the iPhone app and it applies here automatically, same account. Subscription in the website's Settings shows your plan.

Good to know

  • Prices are set in the App Store; the Pro screen shows the current ones in your currency.
  • The 14-day trial is offered once per Apple Account. The screen shows the trial button only when your Apple Account is eligible; otherwise it shows the plain price.
  • Pro belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, so it follows you to a new iPhone: see I've paid for Pro but it isn't unlocked.
  • When Pro ends, nothing is deleted or hidden. Profiles beyond three stay; CSV, Master Tour, the connector and live flight data stop; if you're over 250 MB, everything stays viewable but new uploads pause until you're under the allowance or back on Pro.
  • A referral gives a new account two weeks of Pro, shown as Pro (referral) with its end date; a complimentary plan shows as Pro (complimentary).
  • Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription: cancel it with Apple first. See Delete your account and your data.
