Screen: Home page (website)

Home shows the profile you've selected: who it is, what it holds and what's happening on its trips right now. Switch profile with the profile button and Home changes with it.

The bar says Home and Home is the tinted tab or sidebar row. At the top of the page is a large round profile logo in the profile's colour (or, for editors, Add Logo on a dashed circle; others see the profile's initial) with the profile's name beside it. Below are the small capital headings OVERVIEW and TEAM NOTES, with QUICK ACTIONS above them for editors, AT A GLANCE once anything has been logged in the profile, and DOCUMENTS at the bottom with advanced features on. The web address is /app/orgs/….

The page sits in a column in the middle of the window, with the sidebar on the left. Quick Actions are a row of tinted tiles; the Overview is one card.

• Profile logo and name: editors press the logo for Take Photo (phones), Choose Photo or Remove Logo.
• Quick Actions (editors and up only): New Asset (orange box), New Pack (blue suitcase), New Trip (green route) and, for owners and admins, Sharing (purple people). Each opens its form over Home and leaves you here afterwards; a new pack's message offers Open.
• Overview card: a thin coloured ribbon, then the counts Assets (orange), Packs (blue), Trips (green) and, for owners and admins, Members (purple). Press a count to open that page for this profile; Members opens Sharing.
• NEXT UP strip (inside the Overview, when a trip has a stop coming): the trip's name, the next stop, a blue countdown pill and a row of dots, one per day with a venue (green done, blue pulsing today, grey to come). Press it to open the Logger at that stop.
• At a Glance (once anything has been logged in the profile): one row per stop with a log in the last two hours, with a ring (blue while in progress with "logged/total" inside, green with a tick when done), the stop, when and which trip, coloured initials of who's logging and "last log …". The row opens the Logger; the eye opens that stop's activity; All activity opens every stop's activity. "+N more stops" shows when there are more; "Nothing logged in the last two hours." when it's quiet.
• Team Notes: shared notes everyone in the profile sees. Editors type straight in; a badge says Editing…, Saving… then Saved, and Done finishes.
• Documents (with Show Advanced Features on): the profile's notes, links, files and photos, with tags. Adding one, and Tags, need Pro.
• A profile that only holds a trip shared with you says Only a trip is shared with you here with an Open Trips button. With no profile at all you see Welcome to Luggage Logger and Create Profile.
