Share the trip (or its profile) and your crew log on the same list. A log made on one phone turns the card green on every other within a second or so, and nothing needs refreshing.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- While you're on a trip's Logger and someone else logs a case there, a short message appears: "Drum Case 1 logged by Sam". It's for cases only.
- When a log completes a stop, every iPhone that has the app open and access to the trip shows a notification, "Load In: all logged", with "Every asset on this stop has been logged." It comes once per stop, including on the phone that logged the last case, and follows your notification settings. A phone with the app closed doesn't get it.
- On Home, At a Glance lists each stop being logged with a ring and the coloured initials of who's logging. The eye on a row opens that stop's activity.
- If a list ever looks out of date, pull it down to refresh.
Website
On the website
- The same live list and the same "logged by" message while you're on the Logger.
- "All logged" shows as a message on whichever page you're on while the website is open; the website doesn't send a notification for it.
Good to know
- Roles: viewers see the Logger read-only. The Logger role can log, undo, add and remove assets, copy and paste lists and select several. Editors can also Unlog All on This Stop, Remove All from This Stop, and add or edit stops. Admins and owners manage sharing.
- Someone else's private items never appear in your Logger or in its counts, and they don't hold up "all logged" for you. A case can't be private.
- Pack folders are kept on the device or browser that added the pack; other devices see the same assets as individual assets.
- Hand luggage marks on a flight are kept on your own device only; nobody else sees them.
- In the Activity, your own logs say "You".
- The Apple Watch and the Live Activity show the stop open on your iPhone's Logger, with the same live counts.
