Luggage Logger answers Siri on any iPhone that runs the app. Every phrase has to include the app's name, "Luggage Logger", so Siri knows which app to ask, and the phone needs to be unlocked.

What you can say, ending with "in" or "on Luggage Logger":
- What's left to log: "What's left to log in Luggage Logger". Siri reads up to five names: "3 still to log at Load-in: Drum Case 1, Cable Trunk, Mic Case", or "All logged at Load-in". "Is everything logged", "Am I done" and "Have I logged everything in Luggage Logger" give the same answer.
- Log all cases: "Log all cases in Luggage Logger" or "Log everything in Luggage Logger". Everything still to log at your current stop is logged: "Logged 3 at Load-in". If two trips both have a stop live, Siri asks "Which stop?".
- Log an asset: "Log Drum Case 1 in Luggage Logger". Siri says "Logged Drum Case 1 at Load-in. 2 still to go", or that it's already logged or isn't assigned there.
- What's next: "What's next in Luggage Logger" or "What's my next stop in Luggage Logger". The next stop with its time and place, adding "tomorrow" or the weekday when it isn't today, shown as a Next up card.
- Load-in, bus call and the rest: "When's the next load-in in Luggage Logger" or "What time is bus call tomorrow in Luggage Logger". It works for load-in, bus call, lobby call, soundcheck, doors, the show, load-out and "my flight"; load-in, bus call, lobby call, soundcheck and the show also take "tomorrow". The time is said in the venue's own time zone, with the day when it isn't today.
- When is a stop: "What time is Dinner on Luggage Logger". Matches a stop by its name on the day your Schedule is showing, or today's.
- Where's the hotel or venue: "Where's the hotel tonight in Luggage Logger", "Where's the hotel tomorrow night in Luggage Logger", or "What's the venue tomorrow in Luggage Logger". Siri says its name and address, with a View on Map button.
- Directions: "Give me directions to the venue in Luggage Logger" (or "to the hotel"). Apple Maps opens with directions to today's venue or tonight's hotel.
- Where is an asset: "Where's the mic case in Luggage Logger" or "Find Drum Case 1 in Luggage Logger". Which case and pack it's in, and where and when it was last logged.
- Mark as hand luggage: "Mark my backpack as hand luggage in Luggage Logger". Flags it on today's flight for the landing reminder (Mark your hand luggage and get a reminder when you land).
With Apple Intelligence on iOS 27, you can also ask Siri to add, move or delete a stop on the trip you have open, in your own words. Siri asks before deleting anything, and only changes trips you can edit. Stops that Master Tour keeps in step can only be changed in Master Tour.
Good to know
- "Your current stop" is the stop open in the Logger (for twelve hours after you last looked), otherwise a stop happening now (two hours before it starts to four after it ends), otherwise the next stop within a day with something left to log. With nothing live, Siri says "Nothing's assigned to log right now".
- Siri answers for the profile the app is showing, and never reads out or logs another person's private assets.
- Logs made by Siri sync to your crew like taps, and the Logger and Live Activity update. A case counts once: the items inside it don't need logging on their own.
- Times are spoken in the stop's own time zone, in your 12-hour or 24-hour setting (Weight and dimension units, clock format and appearance).
- "Tonight" and "today" last until 5am, so after a show the hotel is still that night's. With more than one hotel on a night, Siri picks the one with your first name on it.
- If Siri says "Luggage Logger took too long to answer", open the app once and try again.
- The same actions are in the Shortcuts app and Spotlight, with a few extras only there: Luggage Logger actions in the Shortcuts app.
- Siri isn't part of the website.
