At a Glance is the part of Home that shows what is being logged right now. A stop gets a row as soon as someone logs something there, and keeps it for two hours after the last log, or for an hour once everything at the stop has been logged. Once the profile has any logging history the section stays put: when it's quiet it reads "Nothing logged in the last two hours.", and All activity still opens the history.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- Open Home. At a Glance sits under the Overview card once anything has been logged in the profile. It lists the stops with a log in the last two hours, or says "Nothing logged in the last two hours."
- Tap a row to open the Logger at that stop.
- Tap the eye on the right of a row to see every log at that stop (the Activity sheet, opened on that stop).
- Tap All activity in the section header for activity at every stop, newest first.
- When more than four stops are live, tap +N more stops at the bottom to see the rest.
Website
On the website
- Open Home. At a Glance sits under the Overview card once anything has been logged in the profile, listing the stops with a log in the last two hours or saying "Nothing logged in the last two hours."
- Click a row to open the Logger at that stop.
- Click the eye on the right of a row to see every log at that stop.
- Click All activity in the section header for activity at every stop.
- +N more stops at the bottom shows the rest when more than four stops are live.
What a row shows
- The ring: how many of the stop's cases and loose items are logged, such as "9/13". It is blue while logging is under way and turns green with a tick once everything is logged.
- The stop's name, then its day and time in the stop's own time zone and the trip it belongs to, such as "Sat 26 Sep · 20:24 · Spring Tour".
- Coloured circles with the initials of everyone who has logged there, the person with the most logs first (up to four, then "+N"). Each person keeps the same colour on every device, so two loggers are easy to tell apart.
- "last log 2 min ago" while logging is going on, or "done 20:24" once the stop is complete.
Good to know
- The total is the stop's cases plus its loose items. Items packed inside a case ride with the case, so they don't count on their own. See What the Logger is and how to read it.
- Rows sit in schedule order, earliest stop first. Only the four most recently active stops are shown; the rest are behind +N more stops.
- Rows refresh as new logs arrive, so "last log" keeps moving while the crew works.
- A ring only counts assets you can see, so totals can differ between people when some assets aren't shared with everyone. See What members can see and change: assets, packs, trips and logging.
- From version 1.0.1 the section stays on Home while the profile has any logging history, so the Activity is always a tap away. Before that it disappeared, along with the way into the Activity, once every stop had been quiet for two hours. A profile where nothing has ever been logged has no At a Glance.
