A stop starts empty. Put a pack on it to bring its cases and everything packed in them in one go, or add cases and items one by one. Then log them as they arrive.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- In Trips, open the trip and tap the day. Tap the stop, then Log Assets at the bottom right of the opened stop. From version 1.0.1 you can also press and hold the stop: Log Assets is at the top of its menu.
- To add a pack, tap Add Pack (blue) at the bottom of the Logger, or in the middle of the page while the stop is empty. Chips at the top narrow the list by profile (All or a profile) when more than one has packs, and Search packs… finds one by name.
- Tap the pack. Its cases and the items packed in them go on the stop at once ("Pack added (12 items)"). Anything already on the stop is skipped.
- To add assets one by one, tap Add Assets (green). The sheet, Add to this Stop, lists your own assets that aren't on the stop yet. Search, or narrow the list with Categories (the same menu as the Assets page).
- Tap each asset to tick it, or Select All, then tap the green Add (3) at the top. The ✕ at the top left closes without adding.
Website
On the website
- Open the trip, then the day. Tap the stop's Log Assets button, or press and hold the stop (or open its ··· menu): Log Assets is the first item.
- Add Pack and Add Assets sit at the bottom of the Logger, or in the middle while the stop is empty, with the same sheets.
- In Add to this Stop, once you've ticked items and there's a case on the stop (or one ticked with them), a Put items in choice appears: pick the case and the items ride with it when it's logged, or leave Loose (no case).
Good to know
- You need the Logger role or above; viewers can't add to a stop.
- Add Pack lists every pack you can see, from every profile. Add Assets lists only your own assets.
- Once a stop has two or more packs, each shows as a folder: see Group the Logger by pack.
- To take something off again, press and hold its card or folder and choose Remove from Stop; editors can use Remove All from This Stop in the ··· menu. A case comes off with the items packed inside it. Removing never deletes the asset.
- A flight and its Bag Drop and Bag Reclaim share one list: add to any of the three and all three have it.
