When a stop has two or more packs, the Logger can fold each pack into its own folder, so a crew can log the lighting pack and the audio pack as two lists instead of one long one.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- In the Logger, tap the eye button at the top right.
- Group by Pack is the first switch. It's greyed out, with "Needs two or more packs" under it, until the stop has two packs.
- With it on, each pack is a folder: a square in the profile's colour with the number of things in it, the pack's name, logged/total and a Log All button that becomes Logged once everything inside is logged. Tap the folder to open it. Press and hold it for Undo Log or Remove from Stop.
- Assets added on their own sit under Individual Assets below the folders. Turn the switch off for one flat list.
Website
On the website
- Tap the eye button in the trip's toolbar to open View Options.
- Group by Pack works the same way, with the same "Needs two or more packs" note.
Good to know
- From version 1.0.1 the switch comes on by itself the moment a stop gets its second pack, and with one pack the list stays flat whatever the switch says. Moving to a stop that already has two packs leaves your choice alone.
- Your choice is remembered on this iPhone, or in this browser, and applies to every stop.
- Pack folders are remembered on the device or browser that added the pack. On another device the same assets show as individual assets.
- On a flight with Show Hand Luggage Only on, the list is always flat.
- A folder's Log All logs everything in it that isn't logged yet; on the flight itself there's no Log All, since the bags are in the hold.
