Update upcoming stops after changing a pack

When you add an asset to a pack or take one out, the stops that already carry the pack can follow it.

1. Open the pack and make your changes.
2. Leave the pack: tap Back, another tab, or anything else that takes you away. If any upcoming stops carry this pack, you're asked "Update upcoming stops?", with how many stops and which trip.
3. Tap Update to bring them in line, or Not Now to leave them as they are.

You can do it later from the pack's ... menu: Update Upcoming Stops. It's only there while an upcoming stop differs from the pack.

The same: change the pack, then leave it (Back, the sidebar, anywhere) and you're asked. It's also in the pack's ⋯ menu as Update Upcoming Stops.

• Assets new to the pack are added to the stop, in their case.
• Assets that moved to another case in the pack move on the stop too.
• Assets you took out of the pack come off the stop, unless they were already logged there. Those stay, as loose assets, so the log isn't lost.
• Loose assets, and assets that came with other packs, aren't touched. An asset that's already on the stop another way isn't added twice.

• Which stops: every stop still to come, and the stop you're on now if it isn't fully logged. The stop you're on is the one that started most recently and hasn't ended; with no end time, it lasts until the next stop starts. Earlier stops, even earlier today, are never changed: adding something now doesn't mean you had it then.
• Only stops on trips where you're a Logger or above are offered.
• It works for stops where the pack was added with the iPhone app or the website from October 2026 onwards. Older stops show the pack's assets as loose on other phones until the phone that added the pack opens the trip again.
