Press and hold any stop on a day's Schedule and a menu appears with everything you can do to it.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- On the day's Schedule, press and hold the stop (on a Mac, right-click it).
- Choose from the menu, top to bottom:
- Log Assets: opens the stop in the Logger (see What the Logger is and how to read it).
- Edit Stop: opens its editor, read-only for a stop Master Tour keeps in sync (see Edit a stop, including its notes).
- Remind Me (15 mins before) and Custom Reminder…, or Edit Reminder and Remove Reminder once you have one (see Set a reminder for a stop).
- Copy Stop (see Copy a stop and paste it onto another day).
- Paste Stop Here: only while a stop is copied; pastes it onto this day.
- Delete Stop, in red at the bottom, with a confirmation (see Delete a stop).
A plain tap opens the stop instead, with its details and the Edit Stop, Map and Log Assets buttons.
Website
On the website
Right-click a stop on a computer, or press and hold it on a phone. The opened stop also has a ··· button beside Log Assets with the same menu. On a stop Master Tour keeps in sync, the item reads View Stop.
Good to know
- Viewers and loggers see only Log Assets, Copy Stop and the reminder items. Edit Stop, Paste Stop Here and Delete Stop need the editor role or above.
- Delete Stop isn't offered on a stop that Master Tour keeps in sync (see Import a tour from Master Tour (Pro)).
- From version 1.0.1, Log Assets is first and Delete Stop last; before that the menu started with Edit Stop and had no Delete. Pressing and holding always shows this menu now; in version 1.0 the same gesture could open Edit Stop straight away.
