The Calendar tab (the calendar icon) puts every trip you can see on one calendar, whichever profile is selected. Tap a day's chip or card to open that trip on that day.
How to recognise it
- The title is Calendar. Top left: the profile button. Top right: a view button (a split-grid icon in Detailed view, a calendar icon in Compact), a funnel icon (Choose calendars), and Today.
- Detailed view (the default): months stacked in one scroll, each a rounded card headed "September 2026" with Mon to Sun across the top. Each day cell holds small chips: green for a show day, amber for travel, sky blue for a day off, purple for rehearsals, blue for prep, and the profile's colour for anything else; a thin coloured bar for a blank day inside a trip; "+2" when there are more. Today's cell is tinted blue with a bold blue number.
- Compact view: a header with < and > and a tappable month name ("September 2026" opens Go to Month), a seven-column grid where days with a trip carry a coloured dot underneath, the selected day filled green (blue ring for today), and under the grid the date in bold with the day's trip cards (a colour bar, the day's name or the trip's name, a location line, "Profile · 12 days", a pencil and a chevron) or "No trips or events on this date".
- A green round + at the bottom right (editors and above).
What's on it
- A chip or trip card: opens that trip on that day, with the day selected in the middle of its dates list. If the trip belongs to another profile, a sheet asks Switch to <Profile>? with Cancel and Switch.
- Pencil, or press and hold a trip card: Edit Day.
- Choose calendars (funnel): a Calendars sheet with a switch per profile, Unassigned Trips, and Show All Calendars. These switches belong to the calendar alone; they don't change the selected profile.
- View menu: Detailed or Compact. Remembered on this phone.
- Today: scrolls to this month (Detailed) or selects today (Compact).
- Compact grid: swipe left or right (or up or down) to change month.
- Green +: a new trip, starting on the selected day.
- Pull down to refresh.
Good to know
- From 1.0.1, tapping a date opens the trip with that day already in the middle of the list, including a trip in another profile after you switch to it.
- Archived profiles never show on the calendar.
