Screen: Trips page (iPhone app)

The Trips tab lists the selected profile's trips as ticket-shaped cards with the start date on a stub, the date range and a duration pill; the green + makes a new trip and press and hold opens a card's menu (Edit Trip, Rename, Delete).

iPhone app only

This isn’t on the website; it’s in the iPhone app.

The Trips tab (the curved route icon) lists the trips in the profile chosen with the top-left profile button. Tap a trip to open its dates.

How to recognise it

  • The title is <Profile> Trips. Top left: the profile button. A search bar reads Search trips….
  • A small grey link Show past / Hide past with a chevron sits above the list when there are past trips.
  • Each trip is a card shaped like a ticket: a stub on the left with the start date as a calendar page (month in the profile's colour, a big day number, the weekday), a dashed tear line, then the trip's name in bold, a calendar icon with the date range ("6 Mar - 10 Mar 2026"), the profile's name with a colour dot, a pill in the profile's colour reading the length ("3 days", or months for long tours) and a chevron.
  • A green round + at the bottom right (editors and above).
  • Empty: the route icon with No Trips Yet and + Create Trip / + New Trip.

What's on it

  • A trip card: tap to open the trip on its Dates page (see Screen: A trip's Dates page (iPhone app)). Press and hold for its menu (editors): Edit Trip, Rename and, for the trip's creator and its admins, Delete ("Delete "<name>"? Stops and assignments in this trip will also be deleted. This cannot be undone.").
  • Show past: reveals trips that have finished, and trips archived on the website; Hide past tucks them away again.
  • Green +: opens the New Trip sheet: Trip Name (keyboard ready), Dates with Start and End rows (tap one for a calendar), Notes, then Create at the top right.
  • Pull down to refresh.

Good to know

  • A trip shared with you by itself appears under its own profile; if that profile hasn't arrived on your phone yet it shows under your personal profile until it does.
  • Opening a trip from the Calendar makes the back button read Calendar instead of Trips.
  • From version 1.0.1, pressing and holding a card shows its menu rather than opening Edit Trip straight away, and a trip archived on the website stays hidden until Show past is on.
