Luggage Logger is one account used in two places: the iPhone app and the website. Both show the same Profiles, assets, packs and trips, kept in step as your crew works.
iPhone app
On the iPhone app
- The full app: everything in this help, including working fully offline, Master Tour import, the reminders, the Live Activity on the Lock Screen, Siri, and buying Pro.
- Free from the App Store. It needs iOS 18 or later and is made for iPhone; there's no iPad version.
- The Apple Watch app comes with it. Once a trip is open on the iPhone, the watch shows that day's Stop with its cases to log from the wrist. It needs your iPhone nearby ("Keep your iPhone nearby.") and says No active trip until a trip is open on the phone. See Log from your Apple Watch.
Website
On the website
- Sign in at luggagelogger.com/app with the same email and password as the app. It works in an up-to-date browser on a computer, a tablet or any phone, including Android.
- On a computer, the tabs are in a sidebar on the left with the profile button at the top; on a phone, the tabs are in a bar along the bottom and the profile button is at the top left, like the app. See Use Luggage Logger on the website.
- In Chrome or Edge, Settings offers Install Luggage Logger, which adds it to your home screen or app list so it opens in its own window and keeps the pages you've opened for when there's no signal.
- Not on the website: logging with no signal (it needs a connection to save), Master Tour import, the reminders on your phone (the website sends only service notices), the Live Activity, Siri, and buying Pro (subscribe in the iPhone app; it applies on the website too).
Good to know
- Android: there's no Android app. Use the website on an Android phone; it can be installed from Chrome as above.
- Mac: there's no Mac app today; use the website on a Mac.
- Windows and anything else: the website.
- Whichever you use, deleting the app from a phone doesn't delete your account, and signing in somewhere new downloads everything again: see Signing in on a new iPhone or another device.
