The Packs tab (the suitcase icon) shows the packs that belong to the profile chosen with the profile button.
How to recognise it
- The title is <Profile> Packs (for example "Harbour Audio Packs"). Top left: the profile button. A search bar reads Search packs….
- A ··· button (three dots in a circle) at the top right appears only when some packs are archived; it holds Show Archived.
- Each pack is a wide card: on the left a thumbnail (the pack's photo, or a block in the profile's colour showing the total weight, or the item count, or a suitcase); the pack's name in bold; a stats row of small icons tinted in the profile's colour (suitcase = cases, box = items, scales = weight); the profile's name with a colour dot; on the right a chevron, a v2 badge when the pack has versions, and the date it was made.
- A green round + at the bottom right.
- Empty: a suitcase icon with No Packs Yet and a green + Create Pack (or + New Pack) button. Viewers see "This profile has no packs yet."
What's on it
- A pack card: tap to open the pack (see Screen: A pack's page (iPhone app)). Press and hold for Archive / Unarchive, and for editors Rename, Duplicate and, for the pack's owner, Delete (asks "Are you sure you want to delete "<name>"? This cannot be undone.").
- The thumbnail: tap to see the photo full screen (an X in a circle closes it); press and hold for Replace Photo, Save to Photos, Delete Photo, or Take Photo when there is none.
- Drag one card onto another with the same name in the same profile to combine them into one version history (Merge Packs, asks first).
- Green +: opens the New Pack sheet: Pack Name (keyboard ready), Notes, then Create. The new pack opens straight away.
- Archived packs show faded once Show Archived is on.
- Pull down to refresh.
Good to know
- Packs belong to a profile; switch profile with the top-left button to see another profile's packs.
- Only editors, admins and the owner see the green +.
