Choose which profiles show on the Calendar

Tap the Calendars button at the top right of the Calendar (three lines inside a circle) and switch each profile on or off. Unassigned Trips covers trips that aren't in any profile, and Show All Calendars turns everything back on. The choice is kept on this device.

The Calendar shows every profile at once. To hide some, open Calendars from the button at the top right and switch profiles off; the calendar remembers your choice on this device.

iPhone app

On the iPhone app

  1. On the Calendar tab, tap the Calendars button at the top right: three lines narrowing inside a circle, just left of Today.
  2. In the Calendars sheet, each profile has a switch next to its logo or initial. Turn a profile off to hide its trips and dates.
  3. Under Other, Unassigned Trips controls trips that aren't in any profile.
  4. Tap Show All Calendars to turn everything back on.
  5. Tap the X at the top left to close the sheet.

Website

On the website

  1. On the Calendar page, click the Calendars button at the top right (three lines inside a circle, left of Today).
  2. In the Calendars sheet, switch each profile on or off.
  3. Under Other, Unassigned Trips controls trips that aren't in any profile.
  4. Show All Calendars turns everything back on.

Good to know

  • These switches are separate from the profile you have selected for Home, Assets, Packs and Trips. Switching profile with the profile button doesn't change what the calendar shows, and the calendar's switches don't change the selected profile.
  • Everything is shown until you switch something off. The choice is kept on this iPhone, or in this browser, and isn't shared with other devices or other members.
  • Archived profiles are left out of the sheet and off the calendar altogether. See Profiles: your personal profile, adding, switching, colour, logo, renaming, archiving and deleting.
  • A profile's stand-alone dates follow its switch too.
